Clear to Rest compares your roster with your colleagues' and shows you the days off you have in common — so you can plan trips, dinners and nights out together. And it keeps your roster synced to Google Calendar too.
Getting started
✈ Are you flight crew?
Sign up using your crew code as username: it's the 3-character code at the top of your
roster (e.g. ZIA, K2V). That way colleagues find you instantly for roster
comparison. Then you upload your roster PDF and sync it to your Google Calendar.
👁 Not flight crew?
Pick any username you like. You'll only see the activities that flight crew choose to share.
Why we ask for Google Calendar access
Only to create and update your roster events in your own Google Calendar (scope
calendar.events). We never read or touch any other data in your Google account, and you can
revoke access whenever you want.
You can also use Clear to Rest with a non-Google email: in that case you only lose the automatic sync to Google Calendar. Everything else — roster parsing, operational helpers and roster comparison with colleagues (pairing) — works just the same.
